Wellness incentives grew 65% between 2009 and 2010, according to the National Business Group on Health, to $430 per employee. According to research from Towers Watson, 67% of employees would welcome lower premiums for healthy workers (and those willing to improve), and 47% of employees would support higher premiums for workers unwilling to take such steps.

About the Product Suite
Limeade GreenLine™ is a complete solution, from strategy, to employee communication, to screenings and online health assessments, to compliance. There is no need to patch together multiple vendors to create the program you want. Employers sign one contract.
Limeade GreenLine™ will be priced starting at $99.95 per eligible employee per year and includes:
3-Year Strategy and Incentive Design—Your organization and your employees are unique and your wellness program and communication plan will be designed to create the best results for your organization. Strategic support includes initial planning, assessment of organization and communications, recommended incentive design and 3-year communications roadmap. It also includes HIPAA and other compliance protocols.
Incentive Management & Compliance—Making sure incentives are documented simply and accurately and that a fair appeals process is in place is critical to any results-based program. We provide the data integrity and security, as well as manage the employee appeals process.
Screening and integrated Health Assessment—Complete management of the screening process is also included. Worksite Wellness can do on-site, home, or lab screenings. Limeade’s holistic online assessment and improvement system is updated with real data while creating a complete picture of an individual’s health and well-being.
Employee communications—Getting employees and their families to participate in the program and to change the behaviors that impact their health, requires a strong communications effort. We work with you to develop your communications plan and provide ready-to-customize materials for all key employee communications, including in-person meetings, webinars, newsletters, home mailings, on-site signage and social media.
Ongoing Telephonic Advocacy, Coaching and Support—3 months of confidential one-to-one expert support, including for appeals.
Social influence and peer support—Screening is just the first step. Your real challenge is to get employees and their families to change the daily behaviors that impact their health. Nothing is more effective than the support and motivation of a peer group. Limeade’s award-winning social challenge and peer support platform encourages participation from the ground up and gives individuals mobile apps to track progress daily.
